• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. These timelines commence once the package is handed over to the postal service.

Winter Weather Advisories for Ink Fountain pen ink is primarily water-based and susceptible to freezing. During the winter months, extreme drops in temperature can cause ink to expand and shatter its glass container while sitting in delivery trucks or mailboxes. We actively monitor regional weather conditions and reserve the right to temporarily hold shipments bound for freezing climates. We will contact you directly via email if a weather delay is deemed necessary to protect your purchase.

International Shipping We welcome international practitioners to our shop. Please be aware that all customs duties, import taxes, and localized VAT fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are legally required to accurately declare the full retail value of all items on customs forms.
